My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and quiet, offering great value for the budget rate. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and helpful. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of Launceston. The dining experience was excellent, especially the breakfast. Overall, a top location with friendly service and great dining.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The central location made it easy to get around, but the room had some serious drawbacks like the smell of smoke and lack of proper ventilation. The service was friendly but not very efficient, with a focus on the bar more than anything else. The dining experience was excellent, especially the homemade sweets. However, the noise from the nearby nightclub made it impossible to sleep until late, affecting my overall experience.
